| Hello everyone, my update will be on in a couple more days. I miss all of you. It's good to be home, but I sure miss being where I know I belong. Well, I love you all and can't wit to see you guys. Alright, real update to arrive soon. Bye. | | |
| Well ladies and gentlemen, this is it. My time here in France has come to an end. Ryan and I will be leaving in two days to return to the good ol' USA. Kind of sad. I'm really going to miss this place. France is such a beautiful place and I feel right at home here.....minus the language thing. Anyway, I am looking forward to returning to the states and getting back to work. Thank all of you who were praying for us while we were here and who helped to support this trip. God has done tremendous things in both Ryan and I. One of the things I am most grateful for is what He is doing in the music area of my life. The Lord is maturing me and reminding me of the passion and talent He has given me to create music for His glory. I ask that you all would pray for me as I have some very BIG decisions to make in this upcoming year. It is always interesting to see where God will lead us and where His plans take us. I am excited to see what great things God has in store for this year. Well, see you guys soon! Love you all and can't wait to hear from you. Check ya later. Bye. | | |
| Hello Friends, As most of you already know, I am currently in France. I will update my site in a few days so that you can find out more of what God is doing here. The purpose of this post is to let you know how to get ahold of me for the next two weeks. The best way to contact me is by e-mail or by leaving me a post on xanga. If you want to talk on AIM, it will be hard to catch me. I am trying to fix my schedule so that I am not up until 4am every morning. I will not be online any later than 1am my time anymore. That means that it will be 7pm your time. Okay? Sorry for the inconvenience. I really do want to talk to all of you, but I have not been getting much sleep lately and I need to be disciplined in my schedule. I know, I know......your thinking "This doesn't sound like the Brandon I know"! Well, I am taking 1 Cor. 13:11 as a motivating verse to change some things in my life. I love you all and hope to hear from you. I will be arriving back in the States on November 4th, so you can call me then. Next time you all see me...I will be 23. Yep, that's right. I am going to be an old man. Where has my life gone? Anyway, talk to you guys later. Bye P.S. Here are a few more pics

| Hello Friends, Just another little update to tell what's going on. God is still doing so much here. Pray for me as He is really trying to teach me. I see God trying to mold areas of me that I fight to give over, and yet in my heart, I want Him to have everything. Pray that I will be obedient to His leading and that my heart will be soft for Him to work with. Anyway. We have had a work team here this past week from Griffin, Georgia. It has been nice working with them and getting to know thm a little. It is neat to see God working in the lives of people who you have never met before, and yet because of that work that God is doing ,you are like family. Well, keep praying for us. We look forard to seeing you all when we return in five weeks. Keep the faith and keep the focus. Bye. | | |
| Bonjour mon amies. Yes, that's right, I finally made it to France! My brother Ryan and I have been here for two weeks and it has been amazing. God is doing so much in this country and it is exciting to be a part of it all. Within the first week of being here, Ryan and I had the opportunity to go to the Word of Life camp in Dinan, France. Dinan is a beautiful area covered with fresh, green fields, quaint little villages, and it is right on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. The camp there is just as beautiful. We travelled four hours from Paris before arriving there in Dinan. Our weekend was due to a regional Bible club they were having, it's was kind of like a day of camp. It was really neat because Ryan and I were able to help with the music and the games. We were amazed at how quickly the Lord allowed us to get involved. The next day, we were also able to help with the music in the local church service (sweet).
I would like to thank all of you who have been praying for me/us this past year. I would also like to thank all of those who have helped us financially to make this trip happen. Without you guys, we wouldn't be here. Thank you. God has been teaching me so much while I have been here. It has been neat to have daily devotions together with Ryan and my friend Patrice. Oh yeah, Patrice (along with his family) runs the property here in Ecouen, France. He is kind of the whole reason I even thought about coming here. We met in the fall of 2005 in Monclova, Ohio. It was the Impact team's first stop of the year, a mission's conference. Well, I heard this guy talking about France and the Lord just let it get my attention. Throughout the whole week I just could not stop thinking about it. I found myself going to the France presentation every time it was shared. Even though it was the same presentation every time, I just wanted to pick up everything I could from it. Eventually I started talking with the missionary (Patrice), shared with him what God was doing in me, and our friendship began. Throughout the year, Patrice and I kept in touch. We encouraged one another, challenged one another, prayed with each other, and prayed for the possibillity of coming to France. Viola! Here I am, a product of the awesome and intruiging direction of God's leading. Well, I'll update some more later, but for now I'll try to post some pics. Bye.
